With Alberta entering Stage 2 of its relaunch, Cognito Escape Games is now open for business and will be following the “Guidance for Indoor Recreation Entertainment” guidelines that have been set by the Government of Alberta.

• All bookings are private and limited to a maximum of 8 players.
• Staff and customers will be required to wear a mask at all times.
• Hand sanitizer stations will be available in our lobby and games.
• We have modified certain puzzles throughout our games to adjust for the current situation.
• The time between each booking has been increased to allow for thorough cleaning.
• We will not be accepting any cash payments but a debit/credit machine will be available on site. However, we recommend you book and pay online to make this process much faster.
• Cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
• We will not be accepting any walk-ins so that we can avoid any groups crossing paths in our lobby.
• For the month of September we will only be open on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

• Since the time between each game has been increased to allow for cleaning, we will be much more strict with late arrivals. Please show up 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled start time so that our staff can go over the new house rules.
• All players will be required to wear a mask at all times so please make sure you have one on hand.
