Do you accept walk-ins?

Currently we do not accept walk-ins. We recommend that you book in advance for our escape games or call in advance to see if you can get a last minute booking in.

Where can I park?

There is a parkade available right beside our location. Free street parking is also available all around us but access is dependent on which direction you are coming from on 14th Street.

Are you wheelchair accessible?

Our location as well as our games are wheelchair accessible. Please contact us prior to booking so that we are able to make accommodations to our escape games for your party.

Do you have any birthday specials?

Enjoy a free play at Cognito Escape Games on your birthday! This offer is valid one week before and after your birthdate. Contact us to make arrangements (minimum room requirements must be met). Valid photo ID will be required.

Are there any promotional codes I can use?

Promotional codes will be given out through our Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter accounts. Please note that only one code can be used per booking and can ONLY be applied when minimum player requirements are met.

Booking QUESTIONS

When should I show up for our booking?

Please show up about 10 minutes in advance so that you can receive a briefing before your scheduled game time.

What happens if I'm late for my booking?

If you are late for your booking, then that amount of time will be subtracted from your game time.

Will I be playing with people I don't know?

Our bookings are private, meaning it’ll only be your party in the escape game.

Can I book for a different number of people than what's recommended?

We’ve designed each of our games for a certain number of players. By default, our Bookings page is set to the recommended number of players, as these group sizes provide an optimal game experience. You can call us if you’re interested in a different group size and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

What is your cancellation policy?

Requests made within a week of the booking will be eligible for store credit. No refund will be given for no-shows or cancellations made less than 2 hours in advance. This cancellation policy applies per person, so please contact us right away if part of your party is unable to attend.
